What we do
Home Maintenance and Preventative Care Overview
With MRT , we recognize that maintaining a home is crucial for ensuring its safety, comfort, and long-term value. Our comprehensive annual assessment is designed to provide you with peace of mind by thoroughly evaluating the overall condition of your home. This process will identify necessary repairs and categorize them into two distinct types: ‘As Needed’ and ‘Pro Needed.’
Project Categories:
-As Needed Projects: This category encompasses handyman or general maintenance tasks that can be efficiently managed without requiring professional intervention.
-Pro Needed Projects: These tasks require specialized skills and will be quoted separately from our regular maintenance plans. Our objective is to provide high-quality service tailored to significant repair needs. Once a ‘Pro Needed’ project is completed, its status will be updated, transitioning it to the ‘As Needed’ category for ongoing maintenance.
Preventative Maintenance Plan:
Our Preventative Maintenance Plan serves as a retainer that covers labor costs associated with tasks categorized as ‘As Needed.’ Enrolling in this plan ensures your home remains in optimal condition throughout the year, significantly reducing the likelihood of unexpected service calls.
